It is designed for crane-free rigging, dismantling, loading, unloading, and moving heavyweights weighing from 100 to 500 tons, with a load mounting height from 6000 to 20000 mm.
GTS 500 is a rigging spinning portal. It consists of a supporting and moving parts. Lifting device – four HSL2000 spinning jacks with a lifting capacity of 200 tons each, manufactured by Enerpac (Holland). The sliding system HSK1250, with a load capacity of 500 tons, manufactured by Enerpac (Holland) is used to move the moving part. It is possible to complete the support part for lifting loads to a height of up to 20 meters and moving to a length of up to 45 meters. The total weight of the system ranges from 90 to 300 tons, depending on the configuration.
